At this point I am sure you are aware that our construction process is not what the normal home building process is with most home builders.
Our “Phase Building Approach” provides great value for our customers and allows us to accomplish things others cannot. This approach of buying as many components for as many houses at one time benefits everyone.
This concept also enables us to provide you upgrades that you may not find standard in a comparably priced home. But even more, it allows us to to make your purchase a more financially sound decision. Our ‘Insurance Rate Reduction Program” as well as our ability to pay your closing costs and provide you the lowest rate possible can, and will save you thousands of dollars depending on how long you keep your home.
One difference that you need to fully understand should you choose to participate and purchase from us: Most of the components for your home have already been purchased. We work very hard at providing you with great style and offer the latest in upgrades.
We use volume purchasing power to give you finer details at affordable prices. All homes in our current phase include:
- Granite counter tops throughout
- Custom Made Cabinets
- Wood Tile Flooring in Kitchen, Living, Dining, Breakfast, Hallways and Laundry room
- Separate Shower and Tub in Master Bathroom
- 8′ Tall Doors Throughout
- Stainless Steel Appliances
- Brushed Nickel or Oil Rubbed Bronze Light Fixtures
- Brushed Nickel or Oil rubbed bronze lever style door hardware
- Brushed Nickel or Oil rubbed bronze designer metal-framed mirrors in baths
- Glass or Tile Backsplash in Kitchen
- Crown moldings
- Hand texture walls in living areas
- Bull nose style joints on wall corners
- Sod yard front and back with full irrigation system
- Shrubbery and landscaping
This being said, we always try to accommodate our customers desires. And while we may have purchased many things in advance, naturally they are not all alike. We have several styles in tile flooring, carpet, and granite tops to allow for greater variety.
Some items may already be “locked in” depending on the timing of your contract.
We have found that in this area, as with so many, the easiest and best way to meet your request and respond to them is via e-mail. If we can accommodate your request, or if we need to refer you to a vendor or subcontractor, we can forward your e-mail and respond to you simultaneously. This allows us documented tracking of what we are or are not doing.
If we cannot accommodate your request we will let you know immediately.
If you are unsure what your selection options are for your home, this is the way to start.
Please use the Contact Us
link for all questions regarding selections, changes, and upgrades. We promise to respond quickly. Also note that this information will go to Barry Christy and Jesse Henninger. You will receive a reply in addition to the forwarded information regarding your request.
Thanks for helping make our company efficient and effective.
